Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your order enters production. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or local taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished products. Small variations in embroidery placement are normal for made-to-order items.

All CapAndHatCo designs, graphics, slogans and brand assets remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
