How long does shipping take?

Each cap is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then delivery is typically 3-7 business days in the US and UK, and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

What sizes are available?

Most of our caps are one size fits most, with an adjustable strap, snapback or buckle closure. Where a design comes in fitted sizes, the options are listed on the product page.

What materials are the hats made from?

We use mid-weight cotton twill, brushed cotton and cotton-poly blends depending on the style, with breathable mesh panels on trucker caps. Designs are embroidered or printed with durable, colour-fast finishes.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because every cap is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalised items.

How should I clean my hat?

Accepted Answer

Spot clean with cool water and a mild detergent, then air dry in shape. Avoid the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher — heat will warp the brim and dull the embroidery.
